The refrigerator production line represents an important part of the modern home appliance manufacturing industry and is specially designed for large-scale and flexible production of refrigerators. The entire line adopts a modular layout, covering core process links such as box foaming, door assembly, refrigeration system installation, electrical testing, and appearance treatment, realizing full-process automated operations from raw materials to finished refrigerators.
production line layout
Linear conveying line body, about 80-120 meters long, and width covering both sides of stations
Adapt to the double-deck steel structure factory building, with a clearance height of 6-8 meters
Ground track conveyor system, beat chain/roller hybrid drive
delivery system
Main line speed: 0.5-2.5 m/min adjustable
Station spacing: 2.4- 3.0m standard pitch
Carrier specifications: Adapt to 600-900mm wide box
Yellow safety guardrail protects the entire line, with a height of 1.2 meters
workstation configuration
Pre-assembly station: box line, base assembly
Foaming station: High-pressure foaming machine is connected, and molds are automatically opened and closed
Final assembly station: compressor installation, pipeline welding, electronic control box assembly
Inspection station: halogen leak detection, withstand voltage test, grounding resistance test
Appearance station: door body assembly, film pasting, final inspection
process parameters
Foam density: 38-42 kg/m³
Cyclopentane filling accuracy: ±1g
Vacuum test: ≤0.5 mbar/min leak rate
Production beat: 45-75 seconds/set (differentiated by volume segment)
control system
PLC main control, workstation distributed I/O
Line running status LED indication
1 set of emergency stop buttons is configured for every 2 stations
Fault alarm linkage shutdown
applicable product
Volume segment: 200L-600L
Door structure: two doors/three doors/opposite doors/multiple doors
Refrigeration method: direct cooling/air cooling/mixed cooling
The production line adopts a standardized modular design to support subsequent station expansion and automated upgrades.
