Refrigerator assembly line

The refrigerator production line represents an important part of the modern home appliance manufacturing industry and is specially designed for large-scale and flexible production of refrigerators. The entire line adopts a modular layout, covering core process links such as box foaming, door assembly, refrigeration system installation, electrical testing, and appearance treatment, realizing full-process automated operations from raw materials to finished refrigerators.

Final assembly station: compressor installation, pipeline welding, electronic control box assembly

Inspection station: halogen leak detection, withstand voltage test, grounding resistance test

Appearance station: door body assembly, film pasting, final inspection
